<p>Outside Thor is in a down, stay stance beside the fence. The large dog shivers from the cold. Arnie gives Eleanor a red band to slip over the sleeve of her jacket. The red band is Thor' s signal to listen to Eleanor's commands. Arnie brags to Eleanor that this training technique is going to cinch the sale. Because Arnie has taught Thor to respond to the person wearing the red band, the dog will be transferable from one officer to another. She slides the penny inside her glove and steps into the elevator.</p>
